SSPX ain't jumping on board yet...
Rorate-Caeli has a post on the SSPX's recent letter stating that an agreement won't be forthcoming with Rome. This cartoon shows their perspective, which I can appreciate, but if they'd just get on, it would help kick the hippies off the bus.
Tradition is making a comeback, and the hippies are on the run. Whatever one wants to argue about their "status", it would be a big help if they were on the bus with the rest of us.
Hop on over to Rorate-Caeli for more:

Best. Comic. Ever.
Just wanted you to know that you never cease to gimme a good laugh every time you draw something new! =)
Thanks Mark. It's the reason I've always done cartoons. There's nothing better than a good laugh.
Great comic, comment and link! I linked to it all, thanks!
Like it or not, the SSPX will not be reconciled to the Church until the following happens:
1. They accept the full, authentic Magesterium of the Church, of which the documents of Vatican II are part.
2. They accept that the Novus Ordo is a valid and acceptable rite of the Church, based on the full and complete authority of the Roman Pontiff over the liturgy.
3. They manage to convince Bishop Williamson to stop denying the Holocaust and indulging in ludicrous 9/11 conspiracy theories.
Otherwise, I don't see their schism ending anytime soon.
Yip, SSPX don't know what they're doing.... truely lost....
I wouldn't want a lift on that bus either! :) Ha!
I wish our Orthodox Churches were working harder to reach out to the SSPX and similar traditionalist groups than they are - we have much more in common in our worship and life with one another than either the traditionalists or the Orthodox have with post-Vatican II Rome.
