Obama's Blind Spot

The Annointed One made a comment Saturday night at Rick Warren's quasi-debate about how selfish we Americans are and that our greatest moral failing is along the lines of "Whatsover you do to the least...".

Apparently he has a tin ear for irony.

Also, Jay Ambrose makes mincemeat of Obama's "selfish America" notion.

Give it a read if you get a chance.

You think THAT was bad? A few questions after the abortion question, Warren asked Obama if evil existed.
THIS is what Obama said:
"We see evil in parents who viciously abuse their children."

And lets not forget that Obama can't tell us when life begins because it is "above his pay grade"!!!

Perfect.

Though you have a spelling error with "greastest"

Funny, my pay grade is fairly low, (O-1E), and I can answer the question.

Nice work as always Paul, keep it up and God Bless. (How's the shoulder, BTW?)

Thanks for the correction, Jeff. Sister Myra would have been pretty disappointed in me...

The arm shoulder and neck are still a pain, literally and figuratively. Fortunately, the "Obama" half of the cartoon was already done a while ago in anticipation!

And yes, his response to "evil" was just as lame.

Nick,
I found your bog a few weeks ago. THANK YOU for the humor! I'm starting a blog myself and noticed you are allowing your cartoons to be used if credit is noted. I've used a couple so far. I will be adding an individual page crediting the art on my blog specifically with links as well.
Thanks! Patrick www.clashofthespoons.com

Didn't Cavey just publish a story about Obama's brother who lives in a ramshackle hut in Kenya? If that story is true, BO is talking out the other side of his face.

Paul Nichols said...

Yea, that's a strange story. His "brother" lives in a shack.

And Jimmy Carter thought HIS brother was an embarassment...

Go here, and then get back to me on abortion.

You heard about that kid that was suffocated, resuscitated, then suffocated a second time and buried in a sand box, right? You know, the kid that got killed (twice) by his own mother? That's what happens when mothers are forced to have kids they don't want. The kids grow up to a certain age, more people get attached, and then they get thrown off bridges, killed and dumped in tall grass, or in this case, buried in a sand box.

Now look me in the eye and tell me abortion shouldn't be legal.

Are you too cowardly to give us your name?
Let the lady have the baby and put it up for adoption. Murder is not an option neither of the child nor of tiller. The person who killed tiller was not pro life, becasue if he was he would not murder tiller.
The web site you linked is written by a person who views life as a commodity, this is indicated in the last line "Christ, I hate people. I'm so infuriated at our race, that there will be no FEYV Word of the Day, but I will leave you with this: "Extremists extremely deserve an extreme bullet to the face. Eye for an eye, mother f*****."

Sorry anonymous that page does not justify your argument at all. If the writer hates people would he think it is alright to nuke the world? Is that justifiable it would end all extremist it would end the human race that he hates so much.
Lastly, analogy eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth, Tiller got an eye for an eye he who murders babies will be murdered.
Not that i would ever justify the murder of Tiller the baby killer.
