Let the Shakedown Begin!

Well, the class warfare will soon heat up, as Dear Leader will set his sights on those of us who work for a living, ensuring that we're working to provide even MORE welfare for those who'd rather live on the dole.

In the midwest they have tornado shelters - pretty soon the working stiffs of this country will need Obama Shelters.

Special thanks to all those "cultural catholics", especially those in my home state of Pennsylvania, who long ago traded in their Faith in favor of a Democrat controlled welfare/abortion state.

The only hope is that maybe, just maybe, as we move farther away from Vatican II and its' "Springtime Generation", the Catholic Vote will actually be (egads!) CATHOLIC.

It does seem the bishops are, in general, emboldened. If nothing else, the Obama abortion regime is waking some folks up.

Irenaeus, yeah, but where were they when it was still possible to prevent the Obama abortion regime? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Unfortunately, there are still too many of those bishops like the one in Rapid City, SD, who is SO concerned about coming across too heavy on this issue. Obviously he has no problem with Obama, and certainly doesn't want to forfeit his Democratic bona fides.

Often those who express "caution" simply want to impede or prevent the efforts made by the good bishops out there.

Back when bishops weren't afraid to come across to heavy on abortion, we didn't have abortion on demand. But somehow, so many of us have the idea that this approach is "counterproductive."

By the way, Paul, you've won an award!

I partially blame all the catholic press for not giving any form of coverage to third party candidates.

A quick search from the Constitution Party site provides this easy to read statement:
Seven Principles of the Constitution Party are:

1. Life: For all human beings, from conception to natural death;
2. Liberty: Freedom of conscience and actions for the self-governed individual;
3. Family: One husband and one wife with their children as divinely instituted;
4. Property: Each individual's right to own and steward personal property without government burden;
5. Constitution: and Bill of Rights interpreted according to the actual intent of the Founding Fathers;
6. States' Rights: Everything not specifically delegated by the Constitution to the federal government is reserved for the state and local jurisdictions;
7. American Sovereignty: American government committed to the protection of the borders, trade, and common defense of Americans, and not entangled in foreign alliances.

And please don't give me that tired old saying about throwing your vote away. If all Catholics voted for Chuck Baldwin this past election do you really think Obama would have won? I didn't think so. But then again there would be no hand outs. ;-)

Great blog by the way.
