Jenkins digs in his heels at Notre Dame
Fr. Jenkins over at Notre Dame says :"We will honor Mr. Obama as an inspiring leader..."
An inspiring leader? Of what? The Abortion On Demand A Cappella Choir? He's certainly a leading figure in the Culture of Death. For this "leadership" he should be honored at a supposedly Catholic college? What's next? Will Grambling University invite David Duke to speak? Oh, wait, that couldn't happen, because the folks at Grambling don't hate their own the way today's Cultural Catholics do.

May God have mercy on me for saying this, but when I look at that picture and know the story of this demonic "invitation" by a corrupt Catholic institution, the only words that come to mind are:
'God Damn!'
Well, that may be just what He does...
i must say paul, you're quite the artist!
i guess our best hope is to pray that obama's teleprompter goes out, as it is painfully obvious that our president cannot string 2 words together without it.
Does the teleprompter have Secret Service protection??
I realize Obama has a long, respected history for being fawned over, but shouldn't he accomplish something as a leader before he gets honored for doing so?
Even if every decision he's made was the right one, 60 days into his first term strikes me as more than a little premature.
Ed,
Obviously they love the guy TOO much. And certainly they love him more than they love their own FAITH.

Please, don't associate Mr. Obama with A Cappella singing. I would not like Mr. Obama to be in any barbershop quartet I'm in :-)
sed libera nos a malo.

Bob, Obama better not find out about that barbershop quartet, or he'd have to make sure that one was a gay hairdresser, another a disabled woman, and still another a mute with tourett's, just to make sure everything is politically correct, you know.
You've got a point, Paul. I remember some lionizing for Clinton as well, but at least then they mostly waited until he'd finished his term. Now, I have to keep asking myself "Do they really mean to praise him that much, or are they only saying it to inspire others to keep supporting him?"
As a Notre Dame alumna, thank you for your strong statements. They need to be shared. I wrote my "Dear John" letter to the ND Pres today (see it at http://catholicbakery.blogspot.com) and am sending back all my ND paraphenalia from over these many years.
Domine miserere
I like your message, but I feel that your depiction is a little irreverent. I know President Obama has little reverence for the innocent unborn, but I feel it does not give them respect to depict him slinging a little one over his shoulder like.
Yes, I read this from somewhere;
"If I was on that event (commencement speech of Obama in ND),I would have an aborted baby to throw to Obama, besides, I'll get media attention and maybe lessen abortion."
Similar to the Bush-shoe-throwing incident
