In Brazil, this is the same accusation that the socialists in power use against the other socialists who want to defeat them in election. The political game over here was reduced to a fight amidst hues of red. There are no real conservatives fighting for power. That means no one is trying to protect the unborn against unjust laws on the political scene. Some priests and bishops speak against the evil of abortion, but they are few and in general the Brazilian Catholics are not so militant as those in America or France.
