Hi Betsy,
The "Ave" means "Hail" of course, and the Cross is well, the Cross. The wings are just angelic decoration :0) .
Another sure sign is the exclusive use of the resurrection cross as opposed to the Crucifix. Oh, there are so many....no statues of the Blessed Virgin, banners of just about any sort, ugliness. Oh where to end?

That looks just like the baptismal they put in our church a year or two ago. LOL.
Ours has two tiers before it empties into the hot tub.
